I have over 45 years in the commercial food industry, mostly in cake decorating and baking but also a wide variety of positions in kitchens. Experienced pastry chef and business owner. Have won awards for Creativity and Innovation. Very concerned about food sustainability in the industry as well as personally. Like to research everything I do extensively. Want to share the knowledge I have with others.
What I do
Cake decorator
Have over 50 years experience decorating cakes in all mediums, from buttercream to fondant. Have done hundreds of wedding cakes, cake sculpting, painting with airbrush or brush on fondant and buttercream. Have taken and fulfilled many and varied requests for just about anything you can think of.
business owner
Have owned and managed a scratch bakery for over 12 years. We sell savory as well as sweet products, offering a large variety of both daily. Many loyal customers and employees because I care about people and what they want and need.
Executive Chef
Over 40 years of working in commercial kitchens, every possible position held. Can write menus, be innovative with products, and know how and why things work. Thoroughly enjoy what I do.
