The following terms of service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the CollectLo website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through collectlo.com or the CollectLo mobile application (the "Site") by CollectLo Pvt Ltd. (Roodpura, District Jalaun,285127, India) is collectively referred hereto as "CollectLo" "we" or "us" and “you” or “user” means you as an user of the Site.

By clicking your consent (e.g. “Continue,” “Sign-in,” or “Sign-up,”) or by using our Services, you agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in the Resolving Disputes; Binding Arbitration Section.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information while our Rules outline your responsibilities when using our Services. By using our Services, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Rules. This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18 and at least 13 years of age, you are only permitted to use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. If you are under 13 you are not permitted to use the Site or the CollectLo services.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. The original language of these Terms of Service, as well as all other texts throughout the Site, is English. CollectLo makes this translation available for convenience only. In case of conflicts between the original English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Your Account and Responsibilities

You’re responsible for your use of the Services and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws. Content on the Services may be protected by others’ intellectual property rights. Please don’t copy, upload, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so.

User Content on the Services

CollectLo may review your conduct and content for compliance with these Terms and our Rules, and reserves the right to remove any violating content. CollectLo reserves the right to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing the intellectual property rights of others, and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law; please report such notices using our Copyright Policy.

Your use of certain Services or features of our Services may be subject to additional terms. For example, if you make a purchase through the Services, an applicable return policy may apply. If you sign up to be a creator or affiliate (e.g., on Shop and Partner terms on Creative Market), your use of the Services in such a capacity may be subject to additional terms. If you engage in sharing content and interact with other users in our community (e.g., posting or commenting on content at CollectLo), your conduct may be subject to Community Guidelines. We may offer promotions or contests through the Services from time to time, and your participation in these may also be subject to additional terms. To the extent additional terms affect your use of the Service, those terms (including, but not limited to, the licenses and Privacy Policy noted above) are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, sellers and others who access the Services ("User(s)," or "you," or "your"). If you open an account on the Services on behalf of an organization or other entity, then (i) "you" includes you and that entity, and (ii) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.

Rights and Ownership

We may stop providing the Services or any of its features within our sole discretion. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage and may remove or limit content distribution on the Services.

Termination

You’re free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with or without notice.

Transfer and Processing Data

In order for us to provide our Services, you agree that we may process, transfer and store information about you in India and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a purchase is made, it is final, and no cancellations or refunds are allowed. Exceptions for proven errors on our part. Contact us for inquiries

Who is a Creator?

A creator is everyone who creates content (text, images, audio, video, or other forms) on Collectlo.com and offers it to users for free, by registration, or for a fee. To become a creator, you will need to be invited by Collectlo.com. Once you sign up to be a creator, you are on your way to create, share, and earn using your passions and expertise. You will be able to create beautiful articles, reports, and other works that your followers can have access to for free, under registration, or for a fee.

Custom Offers are exclusive proposals that a Seller can create in response to specific requirements of a Buyer.

Custom Ordersare requests made by a Buyer to receive a Custom Offer from a Seller.

Buyers pay CollectLo in advance to create an order (see Payment Terms).

Orders are purchased through the Order button found on a Seller’s profile page or through a direct services provided by CollectLo.com

Sellers must fulfil their orders, and may not cancel orders on a regular basis or without cause. Cancelling orders will affect Sellers’ reputation and status.

Our licence to you.

Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our Community Guidelines), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our Service.

Security

We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, CollectLo.com cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. We ask that you keep your password secure. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorised use of your account. For accounts created on behalf of a company, organisation or other entity, you are responsible for ensuring that only authorised individuals have access to the account.

Third-party Links, Sites, and Services

Collectlo.com may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Collectlo. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products or services. If you access any third-party websites, services or content from collectlo.com, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Collectlo.com will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third- party websites, services, or content.

Changes or Updates to these Terms.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to obtain timely notice of such updates. To the extent permitted by law, all changes are effective immediately unless we indicate a different effective date when we post them. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date will be deemed an acceptance of the updates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any changes to these Terms will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised version of these Terms incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you of such changes.
