Project Overview
- Implemented GA4 across web (Desktop, Mobile and Tablet) and app platforms (Android and IOS).
- Created comprehensive doc on e-commerce data layers (Website, Android and IOS) and event parameters.
- Collaborated with the tech team to implement tracking across all verticals (Flight, Hotel, Holiday, Train, Bus, Cab, and Activities.
- Captured all user interactions, including key e-commerce events (search, view_item_list, select_item, view_item, add_to_cart, view_cart, begin_checkout, add_payment_info, purchase, refund.)
- Captured all major required parameters (Item_name, Item_brand, Item_categories (1,2,3,4,5), Item_id, Item_variant, price, quantity, discount, tax, transaction_id, and coupon.
- Created user funnels for different verticals (Flight, Hotel, Holiday, Cab etc)
- Created reports for different departments (Flight, Hotel, Holiday, Cab etc).
