Gadar 2 is the direct sequel of Gadar 1 which was released 22 years later. In part 2 the star cast is the same, including Utkarsh Sharma who played Jeete in part 1. He has reprised his role as the adult version along with Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel. Gadar 2 is available on Zee 5.

The storyline is set in 1971 after the Indo-Pakistan war RAW spy Amandeep Ajitpal Singh aka Tariq Hussain in Pakistan during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War in an attempt to expose the nation's nuclear weapons program.
