People speak so freely,

As if words cost nothing.

As if they don’t stay behind after being spoken.

I’ve heard sentences that quietly changed the way I looked at myself.

“You can’t do anything in life.”

“You won’t reach anywhere.”

Words said casually without knowing my journey, my fears, or the effort I hide behind my silence. Some people love giving advice more than understanding.

They don’t ask questions.

They don’t wait for answers.

They just speak and move on.

What hurts the most is when those words don’t stop with strangers. They travel. They reach your home. They slowly turn into doubts in your parents’ minds. And suddenly, you’re not just fighting the world you’re fighting to be believed. I usually stay quiet. Not because I agree, but because explaining myself often creates more misunderstandings. My silence isn’t weakness it’s self protection.

Because words don’t disappear once spoken.

They stay in someone’s mind.

They replay at night.

They become part of someone’s inner voice.

I wish people could drink their own words someday.

Not to punish them, but to teach them. So they could finally taste how bitter careless words are. So they could understand how deeply they hurt someone who is already trying their best, and how easily they poison someone who is already struggling to breathe.

Not to make them suffer, but to help them realize.

I WISH PEOPLE COULD DRINK THEIR OWN WORDS, SO THEY UNDERSTAND HOW BITTER IT TASTES !!
